South Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (SEMPHN) is pleased to invite you to the SEMPHN Commissioned Provider Forum.The forum provides an opportunity for commissioned service providers to connect with peers, share insights, and contribute to discussions that support improved outcomes for our communities. SEMPHN values the expertise and experience of providers and recognises the importance of working together to address shared challenges, explore innovation, and shape future planning and commissioning priorities.
In this forum, you will have the opportunity to:

• be involved in collaborative discussions on challenges and opportunities
