New to AI or not sure where to begin? This practical introductory session will cover:
- What AI actually is and how it can be used in business
- Which AI tools are worth knowing about
- How to use AI safely and responsibly
- Practical ways AI can support a small business
- How to start identifying opportunities to use AI in your own business

Advanced AI | 11.00am – 12.30pm
Ready to take your use of AI further? This session is designed for business owners who want to move beyond the basics and build AI into the way their business operates.
Explore how to:
