Nerds in the Hills: A Mini Comic Convention for Young People in Belgrave!✨🎈Grab your ticket and invite your friends to Nerds in the Hills, a mini convention run for young people, by young people!
Run between Belgrave Library and Belgrave Tin Shed, our convention focuses on providing local opportunities for local young people aged 12-25 who love games, films, books, pop culture, and more!
You can expect:
• Artist Alley of 15 young stallholders! 🎨
• Cosplay welcome 🪄
• Workshops on DND, Magic the Gathering, and Cosplay🎲
• Wii gaming tournaments🎮
• Comic Writing Workshop ✍️
• Zine Making Workshop 📚
• Hang-out space✨
Accessibility Details:
• Drug, alcohol, vape, and smoke-free event
• Youth Workers at the event
• Wheelchair access to all event areas
• Social Script and Access Guide sent ahead of event
We encourage you to bring along a drink bottle and a snack as food is NOT supplied on the day.
