Dear Families,We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Lunchbox Workshop, designed to support families with practical ideas for creating balanced, nourishing and enjoyable lunchboxes.
During the session, we will explore common lunchbox challenges, balanced meal and snack ideas, portion sizes, food safety, picky eating, store-bought options, time-saving tips and simple ways to make lunchbox preparation easier and less stressful.
Families will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas and help create a practical lunchbox “cheat sheet” to take home.
