About

Brimbank Council is joining forces with Red Cross to raise awareness around extreme heat in the community. Come down to STACC on Wednesday 14 October 2026 between 4-6pm to pick up a 'heat health pack' of free materials and resources to help keep you and your volunteers stay safe during the event season. There will be two quick presentations at 4.15pm and 5.15pm, outside of these times we are happy to answer any questions you may have. You can read more about the impacts of extreme heat using the link provided. Pop in for a cuppa, snack and chat and pick up your kit - we look forward to seeing you.
