Enjoy a menu that showcases the richness of our island, accompanied by live music while hearing directly from the team about what’s in store for Paper on Skin 2026. This is your invitation to a relaxed and intimate evening where we will all raise a glass to the week ahead celebrating extraordinary art, artists, ideas, food and Tasmanian hospitality.

Tastings: Alchymia Distillery. Sarah and Matt will welcome guests with tastings of their delicious gins with a very local connection to The Cove site.

Live music: Guitar virtuoso, Aaron Hopper - one half of the talented Paper on Skin musical duo, 'Alluvium.' At this event, Aaron will treat us to a different style of music to what he and Paul create for the Paper on Skin soundtrack. True to his virtuosic talent, Aaron has a broad sweep of musical genre's he can draw on.
