About
Run faster, move smarter and compete with confidenceTrack Squad brings sprinters and middle-distance/cross-country runners together as one team, with training tailored to the demands of their event.
Every session begins with a shared warm-up, developing movement skills, coordination, running technique and athletic foundations together. Athletes then split into event-specific groups for the main training set before coming back together for a fun team finisher.
Sprints:
Sprinters develop the technical and physical qualities needed to run faster and more efficiently, with a focus on:
Stride mechanics and running technique
Acceleration and explosive starts
Maximum speed and efficient sprinting
Speed endurance and maintaining speed under fatigue
Middle Distance & Cross Country:
Middle-distance and cross-country runners develop the skills and fitness needed to race strongly and intelligently, with a focus on:
Race craft and tactical awareness
Pacing awareness and learning to judge effort
Speed development to improve running performance and finishing ability
Endurance for sustained performance

Sessions are structured to challenge athletes appropriately for their event and level, while maintaining a positive, supportive and engaging squad environment.
Athletes are encouraged to challenge themselves, support their teammates, track their progress and enjoy the process of improvement.
Suitable for: Athletes aged 10+ looking to develop their sprint, middle-distance or cross-country performance while building strong foundations in running technique, athletic movement and confidence.

Cost: $175 for 10 week term inc GST (sibling discount available)
