An exciting 10-week High Performance training program for talented female and male athletes who want to push themselves further.
Led by experienced netball coach Mitchell McBurnie and overseen by Julie Fitzgerald AM, NSU Academy embeds the high-performance behaviours of the Premier League's most successful franchise.
The NSU Training Academy also features specialised coaching from NSU Opens athletes who gives insights into their pathway experience and bring advice to emerging players
Allowing for peak preparation for the upcoming representative season The NSU Academy Program will cover
• High Performance Training
• Skills and Tactics
• Athlete Wellbeing and Goal Development
The sessions will run on Friday night's from January 15th through to March 19th
12's and 13's - 5.00pm to 6.00pm
14's and 15's - 6.00pm - 7.30pm
16 plus 7.30pm - 9.00pm
Athletes may also have the opportunity for match play against other Academy teams throughout the season.
The total cost for the 10-week program will be
$500 for 14 plus
$350 for 12/13's.
