About
We will be running a series of technique clinics and filming sessions during the upcoming September school holidays, giving swimmers the opportunity to focus on their technical development in a small-group environment.Run by Nuna Cheltenham coaches Michael & Anthony, these clinics are available to State Squad, Fitness Squad and Development Squad swimmers and are a fantastic opportunity to work on technical improvements that can be difficult to focus on during regular squad training.
With smaller groups and targeted coaching, swimmers will receive more individual feedback while working on stroke mechanics, race skills and overall efficiency in the water. The school holidays provide an ideal opportunity to focus on these areas without the usual pressures of school and competition commitments.
🎥 DAY 1 – Tuesday 22 September
Filming & Feedback Sessions
These small-group sessions will include underwater filming, technical review and individual correction work, allowing coaches to provide detailed and personalised feedback.
State Squad
8:30am–9:30am – Filming
9:30am–10:30am – Filming
Fitness Squad
10:30am–11:30am – Filming
11:30am–12:30pm – Filming
Cost: $60 per session
Maximum: 6 swimmers per session

Technique & Race Skills Clinics
Development Squad
8:30am–9:30am – Butterfly
9:30am–10:30am – Backstroke
10:30am–11:30am – Breaststroke
11:30am–12:30pm – Freestyle
1:30pm–2:30pm – Race Skills
Fitness Squad
2:30pm–3:30pm – Race Skills
Cost: $35 per session
Maximum: 18 swimmers per session
We strongly encourage families to take advantage of these sessions. They are a great opportunity for swimmers to fast-track their technical development, receive individual feedback and build confidence in the water.
