Make a beautiful lantern to light up your home.Spend a creative day with artist and experienced lantern maker Jenny Gilbertson, learning how to design and make your own unique paper lantern.Jenny will guide you step-by-step through the process, from shaping the wire frame to adding the light, covering it with paper and decorating the finished piece. You’ll learn simple techniques that can also be used to create larger or more elaborate lanterns at home.
Best of all, you’ll leave with a handmade lantern that’s ready to light up a favourite corner of your home.
