Collected Grimm Tales is a theatrical journey into the mysterious, magical and macabre, bringing classic fairytales to life on stage with a playful twist. Designed as a flexible live performance, the production offers two versions of the experience: a lighter, family-friendly show for children, and a darker, more atmospheric adaptation for teens and adults.The children’s version explores familiar fairytales from a playful new perspective, combining humour, adventure, magic and just enough mischief to keep young audiences entertained. Well-known stories may take unexpected turns. The audience will be introduced to witches, wolves, enchanted forests, mysterious creatures and curious characters in a way that is exciting rather than frightening.
For older audiences, the darker version delves further into the shadows, exploring unsettling folklore and gothic themes, with tales designed to leave a lingering sense of unease. Atmospheric, mysterious and occasionally chilling, this version embraces the darker side of storytelling while maintaining the theatricality and imagination at the heart of the production.
Both performances celebrate the timeless appeal of gathering together to hear a good story—especially one that might make you glance over your shoulder afterwards.
