German Christmas baking 2026
Apart from being fun, the class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate each recipe at home. A small class size (maximum of 6 participants) ensures plenty of opportunity for questions and one-on-one conversations to maximise your learning experience. The class takes about 4 1/2 - 5 hours.

COST and Inclusions
$185 per person plus booking fees. Hands-on class, duration of 4 1/2 - 5 hours. You take home one Christmas Stollen and samples of 3 different Christmas biscuits, as well as the recipes. A light lunch (platters with dips, vegies, fruit and bread) will be offered at the end of the class, and we will also be sampling the baked goodies.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you have any specific dietary requirements, please, contact Adelaide Hills Baking Classes BEFORE you finalise your booking. While many specific dietary needs can be addressed by adjusting recipes somewhat, this may not always be feasible and will not be possible on the day. A refund will not be available for a failure to communicate any specific dietary requirement(s) that may then lead to an inability to participate in the class.
