Canapés, Conversation and Leading Change Networking Dinner

Location
Olive Pink Botanic Garden 27 Tuncks Road, ALICE SPRINGS, NT, 0870
About
Canapés. Conversation. Connection. A Saturday night with a difference.
For one weekend, 31 leaders from across rural, regional and remote Australia will be in Alice Springs as part of Course 33 of the Australian Rural Leadership Program.
They work across agriculture, horticulture, fisheries, creative industries, business, government, regional development, community, research, environment, health and more.
We thought that was too good an opportunity to miss.
So Territory Connect is bringing them together with local leaders and changemakers for our inaugural Leading Territory Networking Dinner – Canapés, Conversation and Leading Change.
It’s a chance to exchange ideas, share experiences, build connections across Australia and perhaps spark a collaboration or two, all over some great food in the beautiful surrounds of Olive Pink Botanic Garden.
Plus, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet the three Territorians undertaking Course 33, including two whose places were made possible through the generous support of Territory Connect’s growing community of more than 500 donors.
No long presentations. No packed agenda. No awkward networking.
Just an interesting mix of people, quality food, real conversations and plenty of time to connect.
We’ll hear briefly from a small panel of local and national leaders about embracing opportunity, leading through change and what they’re learning along the way, then leave plenty of room for the conversations that happen around the table.
📅 Saturday 19 September 2026

Whether you lead a business, organisation, community or project, or you’re simply someone who enjoys meeting new people, exchanging ideas and making things happen, we’d love to have you at the table.
Come for the canapés. Stay for the conversation. Leave with a few new connections and maybe a new idea or two.
Places are limited, so grab your seat early.
We’re looking forward to bringing an interesting mix of local and national people together for a great Saturday night in Alice Springs.
Great people. Quality food. Real conversations. Lasting connections.
See you there!
