2. Finishing package - from the pro hop, to the jab cross, to the Euro Step, develop ankle breaking finishes
3. Individual Defence and developing an ability to stay in front of the Basketball
4. Modern Team Defensive Skills
5. Compete throughout challenging both you and your team mates
