AWAKEN and EMERGE is an immersive wellness experience created to invite you to slow down, reconnect and awaken to a deeper sense of presence within yourself.
Held in the beautiful surrounds of ZINCTT Studios, this nurturing experience brings together guided meditation, sound healing and Reiki, creating space for deep relaxation, reflection and reconnection.
Through meditation, you’ll be gently guided away from the noise of everyday life and into the present moment. The vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other therapeutic sounds will then surround you, encouraging the body and mind to soften into stillness, while Reiki offers another gentle layer of energetic support.
There is nothing you need to achieve and no particular experience you need to have.
Simply arrive as you are, lie back and allow yourself the space to pause, receive and reconnect.
