St Clare’s College warmly invites Year 7 students to attend the Year 7 Halloween Disco.
This is a great opportunity for students to enjoy a night of dancing, music and fun, while meeting new friends from St Clare’s, Marist and St Edmund’s. All students attending the event are required to check in on arrival and present their mobile phone. The event is device-free.
Important Information:
• We appreciate your support in reminding your son of the College's expectations for courteous and respectful behaviour.
• Teaching staff from St Clare’s College, Marist College and St Edmund’s College will supervise the event.
• In the case of any breach of behaviour guidelines, parents will be contacted.
• If there is any medical information we should be aware of, please include this on the booking form when purchasing tickets.
• We ask for your assistance in ensuring attire is appropriate for a school event.
• Mobile Phones will be collected and stored in a safe box for the duration of the disco.
• Students will congregate on Clare Lawn at the front of the College following the disco. For safe departure, please drive through the top bus bays where students will be waiting for collection.
• If your son is travelling home with another family, please provide these details when purchasing tickets.
• We appreciate your support in collecting your son promptly at the advertised finish time.
• Ticket numbers are capped and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
