HOW IT WORKS

• Browse the available tasting experiences and purchase your favourites.
• Mix and match experiences from participating traders.
• Check in at the Market Office on your booked date to collect your event materials.
• Visit your booked traders in the order of your choice.
• Present the relevant page of your passport to redeem each item.
• Collect a second stamp from each trader once you have received your item.
• Explore the Market at your own pace, with no set route.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

• Each tasting experience must be selected and purchased individually.
• You can purchase as many experiences as you like, subject to availability.
• We recommend selecting a minimum of five tastings to make the most of your Foodie Affair journey, but the number you purchase is entirely up to you.
• You do not need to book the same experiences as friends or family attending with you.
• Experiences may include sweet or savoury bites, drinks, deli items and take-home products.
• Some food and drink items may be served in takeaway packaging, so you can enjoy them as you explore the Market.
• Tastings and products must be selected in advance and cannot be added to your passport on the day.

DATES

Wednesday 4 November to Saturday 14 November 2026, on selected Market days only. Please refer to the available dates during the booking process.

PLAN YOUR VISIT

Check in at the Market Office in the Centre Aisle between 11am and 1:30pm and allow approximately two to three hours to complete your tasting adventure.

Please note that trader closing times vary. Market stall close at 4pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays and 5pm on Fridays. Traders along Cecil Street have extended trader hours into the evening, so we reccomend leaving these stops until last. Plan youyr route carefully to ensure you have enough time to redeem all your booked experiences.
