Life can be overwhelming with life’s changes coming at unexpected moments, new job opportunities, relationships shift over time, experience of loss, major milestones arrive, decisions that keep circling without answers — it all arrives whether we’re ready or not. In the middle of all the messiness, it’s easy to feel weighed down: unsure of what you want, and unsure of God’s plans for you.

Your Facilitator:
Anne Slingo brings almost forty years’ experience in Catholic education to her work in formation and spiritual direction. Formed in Ignatian Spirituality and a certified giver of the First Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius, Anne has spent decades opening charism for Catholic organisations — teaching new ways of praying, spiritual listening and sacred conversation. She creates a space where people are gently accompanied as they make sense of who they are, and who they’re becoming.

Anyone facing a big decision or a season of transition — feeling stuck, unsure of their next step, and wanting to find clarity and hear God’s direction more clearly. Suited to those who are religious and spiritual, moderately religious and spiritual, or spiritual but not religious.
