The Ursula Frayne Catholic College Year 12 Ball is one of the highlights of the Year 12 calendar. This special event provides an opportunity for students to come together and celebrate their final year of schooling in a formal and memorable setting.
Students may attend with friends or an approved guest and are encouraged to enjoy an evening of fine dining, entertainment and dancing as we mark this significant milestone.

Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Guests are welcome, subject to the College's approval process and any requirements communicated separately to families and students.
Do guests need to purchase a ticket?
Yes. Every attendee, including guests, must have a valid ticket.
What should I wear?
The Year 12 Ball is a formal College event and all attire should be modest and appropriate for a school function. Students are strongly encouraged to seek approval if they are uncertain whether their chosen outfit meets College expectations.
Dress approval may be obtained from Ms Anne-Marie Duce (Head of Year 12) or Mrs Pia Presutto (Deputy Principal Community & Pastoral Care) prior to the event.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. Please ensure all dietary requirements and food allergies are listed when completing your booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, requirements must be submitted at the time of booking.
Can I change my dietary requirements after booking?
Please contact the College as soon as possible if your requirements change. Changes may not be possible after final catering numbers have been confirmed.
What time does the event finish?
The event will conclude at 10:30pm. Students are expected to arrange transport to and from the venue.
Are refunds available?
Refund requests will be considered in accordance with the College's event and TryBooking policies.
