Melbourne, are you ready for the ultimate pita showdown?The Greek Community of Melbourne is bringing you the Greek Pita Bake Off 2026!
Join us at The Greek Centre for an afternoon dedicated to one of Greece’s most loved foods, with homemade pitas going head-to-head for the title.
As a spectator, you’ll get to taste and vote on up to 20 different homemade pitas, sampling the creations before casting your vote for your favourite.
Crispy, flaky, golden, savoury and made with plenty of passion, expect all kinds of pita as Melbourne’s home cooks put their best recipes to the test.
Come hungry, taste the pitas and help decide who takes the crown!
Want to compete?
This booking is for spectators only. If you think your pita has what it takes to compete, you’ll need to submit a separate entrant application through the Greek Community of Melbourne website.
