"The 5Rhythms are the DNA of the creative process" ~ Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms founderJoin us for this full day 5Rhythms workshop to explore and bring to the surface our lightest & brightest self using the 5Rhythms map as the DNA for our creativity. We’ll follow our loves, take risks and embrace the unexpected with a sense of curiosity. We’ll bear witness to our shadows, experiencing a fullness of joy that doesn’t wallpaper over the cracks. We’ll dance, create and collaborate.
This is a full day 5Rhythms workshop with musician, teacher, artist, creative, David Juriansz.
