The Invincibles – 40 Years On

In 1986, the Adelaide 36ers made history.

Known as “The Invincibles”, the legendary 1986 team delivered the club’s first championship and created a season that remains one of the most celebrated chapters in South Australian basketball history.

Now, 40 years on, we’re bringing the 1986 Championship team back together for a very special reunion dinner at The Highway.

Join the players for an unforgettable evening celebrating the team, the stories and the memories of that remarkable championship year.

Hosted by John Casey, the evening will include player interviews and stories from the 1986 season, a two-course dinner and drinks package, live auction and wine wall.
