About
Join us as we celebrate 10 years of Swamps, Rivers and Ranges and our flagship bird survey program.
The evening will feature a summary of bird survey results from ecologist, Richard Loyn, a special guest speaker (to be announced), and a celebration honouring 10 incredible years and the people who made them possible.
Swamps, Rivers & Ranges, a landscape scale restoration and environment group, has been running a bird survey program at over 70 sites in North East Victoria since 2015. With a strong focus on woodland bird communities, citizen scientist volunteers have seasonally conducted surveys at core areas: Boorhaman, Burgoigee, Greta, Rutherglen, and Wooragee. We are looking forward to sharing with you the observations and learnings from this period.
We hope to see you there!
