Thriving at Three: Understanding Behaviour, Building Social and Emotional Foundations, and Supporting Successful Transitions
This interactive professional learning session explores how educators can support children to thrive as they prepare for and move into new learning environments. Participants will build their understanding of three-year-old development, identify the social and emotional skills that support successful transitions, and explore practical strategies for strengthening connections between children, families and future learning settings. Through group discussions, hands-on activities and real-world case studies, educators will leave with ideas they can use immediately to support children's confidence, belonging and readiness for change.
