The Brisbane North Palliative Care Collaborative invites you to Palliative Connect- an event designed to bring people together to strengthen and improve palliative care across our region.Whether you are a clinician, service provider, community worker, volunteer, carer, or community member, this event offers a supportive space to engage, share, learn, and network. Each Palliative Connect event has a unique theme.
This Palliative Connect focuses on deathcare and will feature discussions and activities on:
- exploring the gap between health and after death care
- strategies to build death literacy
- leveraging networks to support of those experiencing death and bereavement.
Dedicated networking time and afternoon tea will be provided.
