About
All horses arriving on site for the 2026 Australian Interschool Championships must have a booking in this system and undergo a health check with the event team before heading into the stables/yards. Make sure you bring your completed Horse Health Check declaration form - found on the AIC website. Competitors are required to monitor their horses' health in the lead up to travelling and while travelling to the venue.Each session time allows for a maximum of 30 horses to arrive within the hour. If you are bringing more than one horse, you can use the one booking but must provide details of every horse attending on booking form.
To ensure adequate control of vehicles within and outside the venue and at the vet stations, on arrival, please follow all signs and instructions provided by traffic attendants.
Competitors who have arranged early arrival to WPNEC will have their health check time coordinated between the Team Manager and Event Director.
