The following is the general cancellation and refund policy. COVID-19 virus impacted situation will be considered separately.

•             More than four weeks notice prior to the meeting - 90% refund

•             Between two and four weeks notice prior to the meeting - 75% refund

•             Less than two weeks notice prior to the meeting - 50% refund

•             Failure to attend without prior notice - no refund
