CBCA 80th Anniversary Platypus Party

CBCA Tas Branch is celebrating 80 years of the Book of the Year Awards, with a Platypus Party at C3 Convention Centre on the Hobart Rivulet. This is a family friendly FREE event on Saturday October 31 from 2 pm to 4 pm.There will be hands-on activities and talks by illustrator Jedda Robaard, Pete the Platypus Guardian, and TasWater Water Guardians. CBCATas are launching our 'Notably Tasmanian' webpage. Hobart Bookshop will have themed books for sale. Tasmanian Creatives have also been invited to attend - you may be able to meet your favourite Tasmanian Creative!
Platypus themed cupcakes and water will be provided. Refreshments can also be purchased from the Rivulet Cafe. Perhaps book a Platypus Guided Tour with Pete on the same evening?
