FOOD MENU
Main Course, served alternately
Frenched Breast of Chicken
Succulent chicken breast, oven roasted on the bone for flavour, served with crispy garlic
and thyme smashed potatoes, honey glazed Dutch carrots and green beans, finished with a thyme jus.
Herb Crusted Barramundi
Oven baked barramundi with a golden lemon and herb crumb, served on a velvety sweet
potato purée with roasted fennel and blistered cherry tomatoes, finished with a lemon cheek.
Dessert will be a shared petit fours dessert platter
