Your Aerial Journey Begins Here!Are you ready to embark on an exciting new adventure? Our 5-week Introductory Silks & Lyra Course is perfect for adults aged 16+ who want to explore the world of aerial arts, no prior experience required!
Course Details:
📅 When: Fridays, 6:45–7:45 PM
📆 Dates: Oct 16th - Nov 13th, 2026
⏳ Duration: 5 weeks
💰 Cost: $99 (Introductory Special)
📍 Location: 4/19 Allen St, Moffat Beach QLD 4551
🧘 What to Wear: Full-length, firm-fitting tights with a singlet or fitted T-shirt. Avoid clothing with zippers and remove jewellery before class.
What to Expect:
Learn the Basics: Foundational techniques in silks and lyra, strength, safety, poses and sequences in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Explore Aerial Arts: Each class introduces new skills, gently guided and tailored for complete beginners.
Expert Guidance: Led by Coach Cass, experienced in hammock, lyra and silks and coaching adults and kids.
No Experience Needed: Designed specifically for beginners — perfect for trying something new with confidence.
