Emotional Resilience Toolkit
About
When your role involves supporting others, managing competing demands and navigating challenging situations, it’s easy for your own wellbeing to take a back seat.Emotional Resilience Toolkit is an engaging, interactive workshop designed to help you understand stress, strengthen emotional resilience and develop practical strategies for staying well, both at work and in everyday life.
You’ll explore what happens in the brain and body when stress takes over, learn to recognise common thinking patterns that can increase stress and anxiety, and identify your own early warning signs of emotional overload.
Most importantly, this workshop is about practical tools, not just theory. You’ll explore and practise strategies including mindfulness and grounding, breathing techniques, emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, empathy, self-compassion and more supportive self-talk.
Through practical activities, discussion and personal reflection, you’ll discover what helps you regain calm, respond rather than react, and recover from challenging experiences.
You’ll leave with a practical 24-page Emotional Resilience Workbook to help you manage stress, protect your wellbeing and build resilience for the demands of work and life.
