About
In October, Weirdos get creepy.... we're reading The Buffalo Hunter Hunter by Stephen Jones. Join us, if you dare!
When a 1912 diary is discovered hidden in the walls of a Montana parsonage, its pages reveal the extraordinary confessions of Good Stab, a Blackfeet man whose story is steeped in colonial violence, bloodshed and revenge. Stephen Graham Jones reimagines vampire lore in this ferocious, unsettling historical horror novel that confronts the brutal legacy of America’s past. Come along for a book club discussion of a novel that is as gruesome as it is thought-provoking, exploring vengeance, historical guilt and the stories we tell to reckon with violence.
