🚶‍♀️PERTH WALK & TALK – POINT FRASER TO ELIZABETH QUAY
Looking for a relaxed way to get out, meet some new people and enjoy a morning by the Swan River?
Join Soldier On for an easy-paced walk along the river foreshore, with plenty of opportunity to chat, enjoy the views and connect with other members of the Defence community.
Once we reach Elizabeth Quay, we’ll head to Gusto Gelato for an icecream, before making our way back to Point Fraser on the free Red CAT.
There’s no pressure to be super-fit or keep up a fast pace — this is about getting out, having a chat and enjoying some time together.
What to expect:
• A relaxed riverside walk at an easy pace
• Plenty of opportunity to chat and meet others
• A complimentary icecream at Elizabeth Quay
• Free Red CAT return to Point Fraser (or if you came by public transport then you can leave us there)
• A friendly, low-pressure morning with Soldier On
Who can join?
Veterans, Defence members and families. Any children attending must be supervised by a responsible adult, at all times.
Meet: 10:00 am at Point Fraser, outside Café Du Point
Finish: Approximately 12:00 pm
Cost: FREE
Dress: Wear comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, water and weather-appropriate clothing.
