Our Tumble Workshops are designed to focus on technique, drills, progressions and confidence across three specialised sessions.
10:00am – 11:00am | WALKOVERS
Work on your walkover technique, strength and progressions.
11:00am – 12:00pm | NO HANDED CARTWHEELS
Develop the skills, technique and confidence needed to master your no handed cartwheel.
12:00pm – 1:00pm | BACK FLIPS & BACK TUCKS
Work through drills and progressions to build your confidence and technique for back flips and back tucks.
