In this age of social media, everyone has the capacity to communicate with a mass audience, but what are you actually saying, and to whom?
This webinar combines techniques from journalism and marketing to help architects conceive, create and execute targeted communications campaigns. Learn how to make your communications succinct and effective by establishing your objectives, identifying key messages, defining your audience, and distributing information via the right channels.
Whether you are interested in advocacy, promoting your practice to more clients, or positioning yourself as a trusted advisor, these methods will help hone your communications strategy.
Our speaker, Rachael Bernstone is a journalist and communications consultant who specialises in architecture and design. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from RMIT, and a Masters in Architecture History and Theory (UNSW) and was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to study sustainable and affordable housing in 2003. She founded Sounds Like Design in 2016 as a communications consultancy for architects, after editing magazines including Steel Profile, Indesign, and Building Australia.
