- followed up with 1.5 hour Q&A Session with a Midwife, around 32 - 36 weeks

1. To answer your specific questions re Labour and Birth 

2. To demonstrate / practise techniques for managing Labour and Birth ( eg Breathing, Massage and Movement)

3. PLUS a TOUR of Maternity (15 minutes) included

The Midwife will email you following your booking to arrange time/date for your Q&A session Online or Face to Face

This session is also a great refresher if not your first baby or Partners 1st baby

Online  sessions - Please relax at home in your lounge room and Log onto the Meeting room link

have an armless chair ready to straddle backwards, bed pillow, 2 tennis balls (for massaging) and wear comfortable loose clothing
