Body Balance is a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm Work at your own pace and ability. Wear loose and comfy clothing. Check in at the front desk and say you are attending the Carer class Pilates and please arrive 10 minutes before the class time and bring a yoga mat, towel and drink bottle.
