“A Girl is a Half-Formed Thing” is an adaptation by Annie Ryan of a young adult novel by Eimear McBride, which recounts the life of the unnamed narrator (Girl) and her unnamed brother as he struggles with cancer, and she struggles with psychological, physical, and sexual abuse. A one woman show running for 85 minutes that was described by the New York Times as " A ghostly and beautiful play". The play contains strong language and depicts acts of violence. Not recommended for children.
