IN THIS 4 Hour Workshop you will learn

The business of social media and what it can do for you;
What to post and when to post it;
How to anylyse your posts to refine your audience;
Using hashtags to target the audience you want and who want you;
External apps to help you make decisions and make posts more visually appealing;
The rise of Instagram stories;
Partnerships and influencers - who do you want and how do you get them.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is ideal for small and/or start-up businesses operating from a regional setting and is suited to beginners through to experienced social media boffins.

What You'll Get

Participants will take home lots of practical how-to tips on the business of Social Media and a better understanding of what it can do for you.

Participants will also be provided with a yummy snack and refreshments including water, organic teas and French press coffee.

What to bring

Please bring your own smart phone, or the device best used to upload to your Social Media profiles.
To avoid waste, please bring your own water bottle and keep cup.

Vouchers can be claimed here then please provide us with your child's full name, date of birth and voucher number. We will issue you a discount code for use at checkout.

DINE AND DISCOVER NSW VOUCHERS

The Wired Lab is registered to accept NSW Dine and Discover $25 Vouchers which you can apply for here Please enter the code DISCOVER25 at checkout and a $25 discount will be applied to your ticket price. Your voucher will then be scanned on your mobile phone at the workshop. One Discover voucher per workshop is claimable. Please note if there is a problem with the voucher on the day you will be invoiced the $25.

ABOUT DAVID

David Ferguson’s photography work has taken him all over Australia and to several countries around the world.
After a brief flirtation with fashion photography David turned his focus to weddings and ran a wedding photography business for some years.
Shooting almost entirely with natural light he has taken his studio lighting techniques with him through his 14 year journey and applied them to the natural world.
