Kaurna cultural tools up close
The Wodli is an interactive space that highlights the relationship that Kaurna people have with the Adelaide Plains and the coastal environment.
The Marine Discovery Centre has been providing learning experiences to South Australian school students and the community since 1997.
Port Environment Centre would like to invite you to join us at the Marine Discovery Centre to experience this collection of tools up close and to learn more from their Cultural Educator.
You'll also get to go on a tour of the Marine Discovery Centre with their Marine Scientist, including aquariums featuring local SA marine creatures and interactive models and displays on our coastal environment and sustainable practices.
This session is primarily aimed at adults. Children are welcome to attend (with a concession ticket, or a free ticket for those under 5) but will need to be accompanied by an adult and appropriately supervised at all times.
Marine Discovery Centre is located on the corner of Seaview Road and Marlborough Street, Henley Beach. For this event, please enter from the Marlborough Street entrance.
Parking is available on Seaview Road, Marlborough Street and off Foord Avenue.
