The group’s activities centre on skipping with ropes (short, long and double dutch) as well as lots of other activities to build strength, balance and co-ordination. It is great conditioning, an excellent cardiovascular workout and lots of fun!
8 Friday mornings 8am
They will be run by Mr Mark Saunders, a qualified PE teacher and Children’s fitness trainer.

Ropes:  Can be borrowed or purchased $10 each (basic) or $20 each (Advanced)
