Spicy Winter Asian Soups with Deb Ong - T4 2021
Who wants to come and learn how to make authentic Thai, Malaysian and Singaporean steamy soups? Deb Ong, former owner of Jack B Nimble, will teach you how to make a superb Tom Kha Gai - A Thai soup traditionally made with chicken, coconut milk and flavoured with galangal, chilli, coriander, and lemongrass. A delicate Singaporean fish soup made with ginger and collard greens and a surprise Nonya ‘dessert’ soup made with sago pearls!
