Mums & Bubs Fitness
These sessions focus on increasing the mother's fitness and helping her to regain and strengthen her core and glutes. The baby will be used as a weight for extra intensity and its also a great time to bond with bub. Feel free to bring a weight instead (if you don't have a young baby!), and any toddlers can use a dolly or ball to copy you!
The sessions go for 45 minutes.
Please bring a drink bottle, mat or towel, and a baby carrier if your baby is joining you for your sessions.
