Reconciliation Actions Plans: why are they so important and how do you create one? Join the ACA together with TheFulcrum.Agency and our panel of speakers, to learn more about what you can do and insights from other practices.
This event was originally held 3 June 2021.
At the time of writing, close to 650 business around Australia have Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP) in place but only a handful of those are architectural practices. Why is this so?
The RAP program is an initiative of Reconciliation Australia and was devised to provide businesses with a framework to organise their reconciliation activities and to support the national reconciliation movement. There are four RAP levels, enabling businesses to participate in the program at a pace that matches their capacity and scale.
In an hour-long webinar, the ACA in collaboration with TheFulcrum.Agency, will address the underrepresentation of the architectural profession in the RAP program through a facilitated conversation with practitioners and experts with experience in putting a RAP together.
This webinar is taking place during National Reconciliation Week and is for anyone looking to begin or augment their reconciliation efforts. TF.A Founder, Emma Williamson will be talking with:
- Christine Dernee, Reconciliation Australia
- Rosina Di Maria, Woods Bagot
- Tahlia Hays, Breathe Architecture
- Emma Brain, TheFulcrum.Agency
- Viviana Sacchero, RAP consultant
