Webinar: Practice Managers Network: Running on Empty...
Feeling mentally drained by your work?
Practice leaders are running on empty and in need of real strategies to help them manage the continual load and seemingly endless demands of COVID.
In this positive and uplifting session, we’ll be open and honest about the current state of depletion and provide some clear steps and actions leaders can take to feel empowered, energised and on top of their game once more.
We’ll talk about how to effectively manage your time and your mental energy.
We’ll share tips on how you can ensure you’re not taking on the work of others, and how you can build capability in your teams to stop unnecessary problems coming to your door.
And we’ll be honest about why work overload happens in the first place and what you can do about it.
Whilst there is no silver bullet to the current crisis there are many practical things you can do in your day to take back some control.
