This site is being used to collect the required information to submit your video recording of the Performance Program. Because of the COVID-19 situation, we have chosen to adapt this platform that is normally used to sell tickets. We ask for your patience and understanding when fixed words such as "Book Now" and "Ticket Holder" are used.
PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW
Before proceeding, please make ensure:
- * the video is a single continuous recording with no editing. If there is any evidence of editing, the exam will be marked as "Unable to Assess".
- * your video has been uploaded to YouTube as an 'Unlisted' video. We will not be able to view videos submitted as 'Private'. Please note - once you have uploaded the video to YouTube DO NOT change the video setting - it must be set as unlisted.
- * your video has NOT been recorded as a mirror image. Mirror image recordings will be marked as "Unable to Assess".
- * the candidate has announced their name and date (including year) at the start of the recording.
- * the candidate has verified their identity by showing their photographic identification to the camera for 5 seconds at the start of the recording.
- * you have carefully read the Requirements for video exams, the guide to Recording the video and the steps for Uploading & Submitting the video. Any video that does not meet requirements and guidelines will be marked as "Unable to Assess".
- * if this is NOT related to a Certificate of Performance exam please use the Second Session Video submission form instead.
How to submit your recording
When you are ready to submit:
- 1. click on the "Book Now" button at the top of this page
- 2. on the next page select 1 ticket and click "Next"
- 3. complete the required information and click "Next"
- 4. add the final details and click "Purchase". There is no cost to submit this form.
- 5. a confirmation will appear on your screen. If you click the "View Tickets" button you will see the submitted details. Please check these details carefully and contact AMEB (NSW) if there are any issues.
- 6. You will receive a confirmation email from TryBooking. This email also has a PDF attachment to check the submitted data.
- 7. You must also provide the music scores for your performance pieces to our office via email. Instructions for this will be sent to you via a second email.
- 8. A member of AMEB (NSW) will contact you soon after submission to notify you of the time and date for the General Knowledge conversation with your examiner.
- 9. Please check the progress of scheduling your exam in AMEB Connect before contacting the AMEB (NSW) office.

By submitting a Video Repertoire Exam, you acknowledge and agree that AMEB (NSW) is collecting personal information, which you are authorised to provide. This information will be used by AMEB (NSW) staff and may be disclosed to AMEB (NSW) examiners as required, to enable the candidate's submission and participation in a Video Repertoire Exam and to allow for assessment of the exam. You acknowledge that AMEB (NSW) accepts no responsibility for the security of any sound or video content uploaded to any third-party website, including the disclosure of any such uploaded content or link to the content, occurring outside of AMEB (NSW)'s control. All personal information collected by AMEB (NSW), including details of uploaded content for assessment, will be stored securely by the AMEB (NSW) on its internal systems as required. It may only be accessed by authorised AMEB (NSW) staff members and is only to be used or disclosed for the purpose of enabling assessment and marking of the Video Repertoire Exam and related administrative purposes. Where permitted, AMEB (NSW) may also use uploaded content for examiner training purposes. The personal information collected in the submission form will not otherwise be disclosed by AMEB (NSW) unless required or permitted by law.
