Synopsis
Adaptability and change are prevalent for industries such as Age Care, even prior to the challenges faced by businesses and service providers within the sector during the last 18 months.
This session is designed as a practical, hands on workshop which will arm attendees with tools for themselves as individuals, and for their peers and teams, on navigating and driving required change and strategies successfully for the new economy.

Target Audience: Pro-active leaders who are embracing business tools to fast forward their growth and step up in light of industry changes.
Workshop Format: The workshop will he held online. All registrants will be emailed a link, a few days prior to the workshop.
Presenter: Mark Carter is a Learning and Development professional with over 20-years experience in more than 40 countries. He is accredited in a variety of behavioral sciences, sales methods and leadership capabilities and is an author, director and presenter. He is also the creator of on an online LMS academy with content covering personal development, leadership development and professional development.
Cost: $95: CHSP service workers, $135: non-CHSP service workers, $95: non-CHSP volunteers, $25: CHSP volunteers All prices include GST.
