Healthy Minds - Free Community Workshop
The workshop will cover:
•What is good mental health? Learning to be ourselves compassionately and kindly no matter what our feelings might be & normalising the range of emotional responses.
•The idea of resilience; why It is not necessary to be positive all the time to have good mental health.
•How to know when we aren’t doing so well, self-assessment of our own level of coping.
•Steps we can take to improve our level of functioning
Also teaching The 5 Senses Grounding Session
