This class will help you work toward reaching any of the following goals:
Increased muscle strength, tone, and healthier weight, stronger bones, improved flexibility, balance, posture and improved mood and increased energy.
Alternatives to using Dumbbells
Plastic Milk Bottle with Handle (fill with sand/pebbles, rice)
Alternatives to using Thera bands (so long as there is some elasticity)
Nylon Tights
A chair is also required along with your laptop/iPad/Mobile, with sound up
