How to handle anything GP Monday 18th October
Although we all have the same basic wish to be happy all the time, very few people understand the real causes of happiness. We tend to think external conditions such as food, friends, mobile phones and money are real causes of happiness. However there are many people who have everything but still lack happiness. When our mind is peaceful, we are naturally happy.By learning how to make our mind peaceful in meditation eventually we will experience unchanging inner peace day and night.
